When I received the product, I put the wood into the knob, but the wood was so thin that it split right away. I am so disappointed with this product.

A nice product, but wood is very dry and control knob broke immediately on installation.

The Wood quality, alignment, fit and magnets are incredible. My only complaint is the fastener clip meant to help lock the pannels in place are too shortand too loose to provie any real holding power.
