Refund Policy

Instructions for Returns:

• Due to product quality problems we will return free of charge
• We do not accept returns without reason, please consider before you proceed with your order.
• Customers can apply for a refund within 14 days after accepting the product
• Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available. Thous Windscannot issue credit for items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.  Please make sure that you keep your tracking information.

• If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
