One of the poles arrived with the shock-cord snapped, making the pole near-useless. These things can happen in-transit and I can understand that. What I will not accept is the completely absent customer service. I have sent 5 separate emails over the span of 2.5 weeks and have received ZERO response. Will not be ordering from this website again.
